The position is to take charge of packaging innovation to ensure the final products of the international brand and national brand meet the requirement of the customer and consumer, meet the specification of local legal at the same time.
负责包装研发的管理,人员包装研发能力的建设,内外利益相关方的沟通协调,确保满足公司业务的需求。
Personal Qualification 个人能力
1. Familiar with the basic knowledge about the 1st packaging and 2nd packaging design for liquid food industry.
精通液体食品的初级包装和次级包装的设计的基础知识。
2. Experience and capability to make new pack designing test and qualification program.
具备新产品/现有产品升级的包装设计开发验证的能力。
3. Familiar with industry and national standards related to food beverage and packaging. 熟悉食品饮料领域和包装领域的法律法规。
4. Good understand and knowledge of production process, packaging standard and test methods across different materials.
良好的理解生产过程、包装标准和测试方法。
5. Cross functional cooperation and multi project management experience.
有跨部门和复杂项目管理经验。
6. Excellent presentation,analytical,organizing,problem solving, communication skills.

Special Training Required特别的培训需求:
1. Excellent packaging material and packaging structure knowledge. Especially for multipack,carton pack and glass bottles. 优秀的包装材料和结构学知识。特别是礼盒包装,纸箱包装和玻璃瓶。
2. Understanding of packaging materials and their interaction with both beer and beyond beer liquids.

Education/Qualification
Master degree or related to materials science, mechanical engineering or relevant.
包装材料学、结构学、机械工程学 或者其相关硕士学位及以上。
Language
Fluent on English presentation and communication both verbally and in written.

Working Experience:
At least 8 years working experience about packaging innovation in FMCG. Experience in liquid beverage industry will be of advantage as well as operational experience in packaging environments. For examples,beverage,alcohol beverage,dairy industry.
至少8年快速消费品(FMCG)行业包装创新相关工作经验。具备液态饮料行业经验者优先,同时需拥有包装生产环境的实操经验(例如饮料、酒精饮品、乳制品行业)。
1. Work with local/group leaders and peers to ensure that the priority is proposed represented and long term packaging development vision.
与当地/集团研发负责人和同行合作,确认包装的优先事项,并制定本地包装研发长期战略。
2. To build and make/optimization the local packaging innovation work process
制定并建立以及优化本土包装研发流程。
3. Responsible for effective execution China/Region packaging innovation in alignment with business strategies driven efficiency through the most efficient technology and work process.
负责执行中国/区域的包装研发,通过先进的技术创新和高效的研发流程有效达成公司业务战略。
4. To Lead any packaging innovation related task with the active and proactive mindset as core contact on packaging development in China.
5. Collaborate with Liquid Development Team to ensure packaging and liquid compatibility throughout the entire NPD Process.

6. Build up a strong network with the packaging materials suppliers with the intent of identifying implementation opportunities and manage technical relationship to ensure continual value in the packaging innovation.

7. To assemble all technical elements about the packaging development (legislative, internal procedures, freedom to use, the feasibility from suppliers and plants…) required for design purposes and to facilitate technical delivery.

8. Work with group development to implement new bottle technical drawings and support quality to make the approved bottles technical drawing as standard.

9. To realize new multipack technical drawings and support quality to make the approved multipack technical drawing as standard.

10. Responsible for qualification for new packaging design from NPD, current product upgrade and reserve product for the future under NPD/EPD project time line.
负责统筹按项目时间表完成新产品、现有产品变更、储备产品包装设计及开发验证工作。
11. Build up the packaging innovation capability in China based business requirement and industry trend.
根据公司业务需求和行业发展趋势,建立当地的包装研发能力。
12. Collaborate with CarlEx and CAPEX teams to identify areas for packaging material and machinery optimisations to drive cost, environmental and consumer benefit.
与资本支出(CAPEX)及CarlEx团队协作,识别包装材料与机械的优化领域,以降低成本、提升环保效益并增强消费者体验。
13. Drive packaging innovation through to implementation including on-site support for packaging trials, technical management & troubleshooting.
推动包装创新项目落地实施,包括为包装试验提供现场支持、技术管理及问题解决。
14. Screen packaging material and machinery suppliers to align short- and long-term innovation focus with Carlsberg China’s identified needs.

15. Constantly scan internal and external capabilities across machinery, testing, and materials to identify opportunities.

16. Provide support to Commercial Team to identify areas to optimise packaging during NPD products and drive higher efficiency through strategic and innovative material selection.
