Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling badges for personnel, materials, tools, and aircraft parts (including access badges, material applications, and goods in/out approvals), ensuring compliance.

• 负责人员、材料、工具及航材的出入通行证办理(含门证、航材申请、物资进出审批等),确保合规性。

• Follow up on the entire aircraft material entry process, including document review, warehouse coordination, and logistics to ensure efficiency.

• 全程跟进航材入厂流程,涵盖资料审核、入库对接、物流协调等环节,保障流程高效运转。

• Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., government offices, industry partners) to resolve procedural obstacles in badges and material entry.

• 对接外部机构(如政务部门、行业协作单位),解决办证及航材进厂中的流程障碍。

• Track approval of renovation and repair materials to ensure compliant circulation and meet project timelines.

• 跟踪装修、维修材料审批,推动材料合规流转,满足项目进度需求。

• Independently handle inquiries from domestic and international clients (via email and phone), provide professional responses, and record feedback.

• 独立处理中外客户的咨询(含邮件、电话沟通),提供专业解答并记录反馈。

• Assist maintenance/ technical departments in relaying client requirements and feedback to ensure consistent communication.

• 协助维修等技术部门传递客户需求、反馈进度,确保内外信息同步。

• Organize certification records, client information, and material documentation systematically for easy access and traceability.

• 系统化归档办证资料、客户信息、航材文件等,确保可追溯与便捷查询。

• Maintain a professional image and high service standards when dealing with clients, partners, and government entities to uphold the corporate brand.

• 在对接客户、合作方及政府机构时,展现专业形象与高标准服务意识,维护企业品牌。


EXPERIENCE / SKILLS 任职资格:

• Associate degree or above; majors in aviation, logistics, or administrative management preferred.

• 大专及以上学历,航空、物流、行政管理等相关专业优先。

• Age: 23-35 years old, with a stable career outlook and mature communication skills.

• 年龄:23-35岁,具备稳定职业状态与成熟沟通能力。

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to communicate across languages independently (e.g., foreign emails, client reception).

• 英语听说读写流利,可独立完成对外沟通(如涉外邮件、客户接待)。• Strong multitasking and process management skills, adept at handling complex approvals and multi-party collaboration.

• 擅长多任务处理与流程推进,能高效应对复杂审批及多方协作场景。• Familiar with document review and material handling processes, with a meticulous work attitude.

• 熟悉文件审查、物料管理流程,具备严谨的工作态度。

• Prior experience in administration, customer service, aviation, or material management is preferred; understanding of industry regulations is a plus.

• 有行政、客户服务、航空或航材管理经验者优先,了解行业审批规则者尤佳。• Presentable, personable, and professionally composed; able to handle frequent external communication.

• 形象气质良好,具备亲和力与职业素养,适应高频次对外沟通需求。 • Applicants are required to attach a recent photograph to their resume upon submission.
