职责及责任为以下；

The position is required to serve the customers’ needs and the requirements of their aircraft in accordance with CBM FBO and ExecuJet Haite’s Policy and Procedures.

• Maintain the highest standards in all customer and coworker relationships as well as in all work practices

• Must be able to become familiar with many types of business aircraft and the specific service requirements of each type.

• Ability to interact directly with customers, vendors, and fellow employees to resolve problems and issues that may arise during the shift.

能够直接与客户、供应商和同事保持良好沟通，以解决值班期间可能出现的问题。

• Coordinating ground services with various departments at the FBO or other airport agencies and vendors

与FBO的各个部门或机场其他机构和供应商协调地面服务。

• Able to learn and execute expert hand signals used to guide aircraft during arrivals and departures.

能够学习并执行用于引导飞机进出站坪或停机坪的专业手势信号。

• Willingness to learn or prior experience in using various types of ground support equipment, i.e. use of GPU for aircraft engine starts and ground power, use of lavatory cart and emptying procedures, in effort to assist airport personnel in performing such services.

愿意学习或拥有使用各种类型的地面支援设备的经验，例如：使用连接气源车以便启动飞机发动机和提供地面电源车、使用厕所污水车及排污程序，以协助FBO人员执行此类服务。

• Learn the use of crew/ground radios for communication with supervisors.

• Assists in providing aircraft with ice, coffee, catering, and other necessary services.

协助为飞机提供冰块、咖啡、餐饮等必要服务。

• Responsible for the safety and security of the aircraft during taxi to parking and customers and baggage when leaving or going to the aircraft

负责飞机滑行至停机位期间的安全和安保，以及客户和行李在登机或下机时的安全。

• Assist in gaining transportation for customers and pilots to and from aircraft协助为客户和飞行员提供往返飞机的交通工具。

• General cleaning of office and GSE (picking up paper and trash, general housekeeping, cleaning ground equipment etc.)

• Strong working knowledge of or willingness to learn disconnect (towing) procedures for each type of general aviation aircraft.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, excellent communication skills a must, English fluency is preferred, but not mandatory

须精力充沛、充满热情、具备优秀的沟通技能，英语流利者优先（非强制要求）。

• Ensures the safety of maintenance employees and work spaces.

确保维护员工和工作区域的安全。

• Take on other duties within his/her capacity as delegated from time to time在其能力范围内，承担临时委派的其他任务。

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

•College diploma or above education degree

大专或以上学历

•A valid state driver’s license. In some locations a commercial driver’s license is required as dictated by local regulations and business needs.

持有有效的驾驶执照；根据当地法规和业务需求，可能需要商业驾驶执照。

•Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company’s applicable insurance policies.

能够通过背景调查（刑事和机动车违章记录）、药物测试，获得并保持机场安全证的颁发资格，并符合公司适用的保险政策要求。

•Ability to pass a color vision test for purposes of inspecting aviation fuel

•Ability to use a computer and email, including pass computer-based training modules

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and for safety-sensitive tasks, in English

•Ability to work flexible schedules, including night, holiday and weekend shifts and in various weather conditions

•Preferred: Three (3) to six (6) months experience and/or training in aviation, customer service or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training
