岗位职责：
1. Control supplier components development to meet the new program’s schedule of TI FTDS China, and ensure APQP process implemented at supplier
2. Conduct the run at rate process at supplier, and approve supplier PPAP right and on time.
3. Monitor supplier quality performance during serial production like PPM, and support quality department in supplier quality issue, corrective action, 8D report, etc, ensure good quality of supplier components
4. Apply well global FTDS purchasing system documents to daily work at TI FTDS China, and push suppliers to use TI standard format as required like APQP workbook, EPC, etc
5. Conduct the process audit at supplier to ensure their quality system running well, production and product in line with PPAP/drawing, and train supplier regularly
6. Coordinate with each plant and other function team, lead VAVE activities.
7. Fulfill all the other consigned work by manager
1. Bachelor degree or above, and mechanical or science & engineering background, technology knowhow for die casting, SMT, machining, injection process, know about assembly process of motor and electrical sensor.
2. At least three years’ work experience on supplier quality management, and be familiar with VDA, APQP, PPAP audit license or equal experience.
3. Fluent English skill both in oral & writing
4. Good team work spirit, and communication skill
