Key Responsibilities:
• Works with all functions to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects.
• Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client business objectives.
• Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks.
• Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management.
• Identifies resourcing needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
• Participates in negotiation of contract terms and conditions and ensures compliance with contract terms for project consultants and vendors.
• Identifies project issues that impact project delivery and escalate to management.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Manages multiple small and/or medium-sized projects ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets.
• Liaises between project team, project sponsor, and business group.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Job Requirements
• Ability to think strategically, assess alternatives for short-and long-term impacts and act decisively
• Experience working with project planning and tracking tools
• Ability to effectively apply project management methodologies and ensure that the necessary technical skills are included with the project team and utilized appropriately
• Some knowledge of technology platforms and environments
• Experience using a defined project management and/or SDLC methodology
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience, previous exposures in ERP / Financial Management System / HRMS system / Microsoft PowerBI projects are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP implementation, system integration, proceed optimization and implementation.
• PMP, PRINCE 2, ITIL, Microsoft certification would be an advantage.
• A user-oriented, logical thinking and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
• Fluency in oral & written English and Chinese.
• Proven ability to build strong and productive relationships with internal and external partner.
