We are looking for a highly experienced Acoustical Project Engineer， who will be leading multifunctional team for the success of acoustical projects. Ensure the development of new products on-time, on-budget and on-quality, own overall project responsibility.

As a Acoustical Project Engineer, you will mainly be responsible for the following:

- Facilitate all project communication between external supplier project team and internal development team, coordinate cross functional team activity directly related to assigned project.

- Lead and drive supplier activity as it relates to stated acoustical projects from request for quotation, through development, to initial mass production and 1st shipment made.

- Track specific project schedules, costs, and resource allocation. Maintain tracking process for project costs, timing, and results.

- Manage weekly issue review and status report meetings. Report progress and raise issues with proposed solutions to management at regular intervals for the assigned projects.

- Manage all team members involved in assigned projects towards project completion.

- Monitor project build issues onsite, provide guidance and coordinate root cause analysis and corrective action plans with suppliers.

- Manage project documentation including stage gate documents, RFQ package, development review files, checklists, project schedule, build snag list, review project related quality documents and validation plans by working with the cross functional team. Maintain the project documentation system.

- Assist with acoustic parts development with manufacturing partner.

To ensure successes as an Acoustical Project Engineer, you are expected to have the following:
