岗位职责/ Job Description:
1、及时解答处理客户反馈的问题,跟踪处理进度并向客户反馈,将突发性问题及时反馈。
2、处理客户的举报客诉,监控机器人运营状态。
3、及时记录未能解决的问题并派发工单至相关部门,并督促问题解决闭环。
4、拟定并完善运营话术,在公司规定时间内在客户微信群内完成相应通知。

2. Handle customer complaints.Monitor the operational status of robots.
3. Promptly document unresolved issues, dispatch work orders to the relevant departments, and follow up to ensure the issues are resolved and closed.
4. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
应聘要求/ Job Qualifications:
1、流利的英语或韩语书写和口头表达能力,对接海外客户群体。
2、30岁以下,专科及以上学历,市场营销.新闻媒体相关专业优先。
3、具有较好的服务意识,良好的应变能力、沟通能力及判断能力。
4、语言表达能力强,善于沟通、有亲和力、吃苦耐劳,具有较强的敬业精神与团队合作精神。
5、 对异常、敏感问题能及时反馈,能主动发现服务及产品缺点,有一定客户服务经验,有机器人从业经验者优先。
6、接受轮班制。
1. Fluent in English or Korean writing and communication.
2. Under 30 years old, with a college degree or above, preferably in marketing, journalism, or related majors.
3. Good at expression and communication, Hardworking, and Sense of responsibility, commitment and teamwork.
4. ****** feedback on anomalies and sensitive issues, Good customer service consciousness, Experience in Robotics industry is preferred.
5. Acceptance of SHIFT WORK is required.
