Responsibility: （此岗位后期因项目需要工作时间可能会调整为周一至周五上午11:30-晚上8：30，下午6：00-晚上7：00休息1小时，周末双休）

- Provide email and phone support.

- Communicate with user and response the issues status.

- Investigate the issues, try to find the root cause and solution.

- Online troubleshooting.

- Write the documents related to support work.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree of IT or English, CET-6 and TEM-8 is preferred.

- Fluent oral and written English

- Familiar with the software development/test/support process

- Well communicate skill

- Technical business understanding.
