工作内容：
The Associate M&A Manager will support M&A team in evaluating and executing strategic acquisition opportunities. This role involves managing cross-border teams, building financial models, performing due diligence and other activities required to drive M&A projects forward. 并购助理经理将协助并购团队评估并执行战略性收购机会。该职位涉及管理跨境团队、构建财务模型、开展尽职调查以及其他推动并购项目所需的活动。
候选人要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Economics, Law, Engineering or related disciplines 数学、经济学、法学、工程学或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 3-5 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, M&A department of a large corporate3-5年大型企业投资银行、企业融资、私募股权及并购部门工作经验；
3. Experience in evaluating and executing M&A transactions including target screening, financial modelling, deal structuring, performing due diligence and other activities required to drive M&A projects forward 具备评估与执行并购交易的经验，包括目标筛选、财务建模、交易架构设计、尽职调查及其他推动并购项目进展所需的活动；
4. Experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams管理项目及跨部门团队协调的经验；
5. Experience working in healthcare or industrial sectors is a plus有医疗或工业领域工作经验者优先；
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey complex information clearly出色的英语口头及书面沟通能力，能够清晰传达复杂信息；
7. Excellent attention to detail to maintain high level of accuracy in analyzing data and preparing reports具备卓越的细节把控能力，确保数据分析与报告编制的高准确性；
8. Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously具备出色的组织能力，能够同时管理多个项目。
