岗位职责 –市场拓展经理

· Generate and negotiate new income to agreed annual
targets

就达成的年度指标制订并商定新的收

· Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the

market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

制订业务规划以及市场销售策略,以保证公司销售指标及盈利的实现。

· Responsible for the performance and development of
Distributing Partners, Key Account and Target Accounts.

对分销商、重点客户与目标客户的经营与发展负责。

· Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by

team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

为有效地开发销售机会和前景而准备个人或团队的行动方案。

·
Initiates and coordinates development of action
plans to penetrate new markets.

制定并协调行动方案的发展,以便进入新市场。

·
Assists in the development and implementation of
marketing plans as needed.

在必要时协助市场营销规划的制定与执行。

·
Conducts one-on-one review with all Distributing
Partners, Key Account and Target Accounts to build a more goal oriented sales
force

对于分销商、重点客户与目标客户进行一对一的审核,以建立更以目标为导向的销售团队

Delivering a tailored sales process to achieve
targets /KPI’s by generating leads, asking probing questions, using most appropriate
features & benefits based on clients’ needs and matching then with a
tailored solution.

通过开发潜在客户、提出跟进式的问题、采用基于客户需求的最合适的功能和有点、制定相适应的解决方案,以期提供个性化的销售流程并实现业绩/关键绩效指标。

Possessing drive, motivation and acute attention to
detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.

具备驱动力、积极性与专注力,以确保抓住并探索所有销售机会。

Responding to tenders and requests for information
in a timely manner.

及时对投标作出反应并获取进一步的信息。

Provide on-site product presentations, training and
applications support for customers.

为客户提供现场的产品演示、培训与应用支持。

·
Delivery of feedback on customer requirements for
the development of products and services.

对客户就产品与服务发展所提出的要求作出反馈。

·
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on
all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while
striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

就所有已完成且供报价与批准的前景应用提出及时、准确且具有竞争性的报价 ,同时应尽可能地保证公司利润最大化。

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and
business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented
within the team.

遵守所有公司规章制度、程序规范与商业道德标准并确保其在团队内的沟通与实施。

Responsible to manage, maintain, and increase our
SAP customer database.

对管理、维护与改进客户关系管理系统数据库负责。
