工作内容：

您将利用您的科学专业知识开发和实施细胞检测和离体/体内模型，直接支持我们药物发现项目的进展

1. Assay
Development: Design, develop, and optimize a range of in vitro, ex vivo, and
in vivo assays to test and validate potential therapeutic interventions 检测开发：设计、开发和优化一系列体外、离体和体内检测，以测试和验证潜在的治疗干预措施；

2. Hands-On
Research: Apply your expertise in complex laboratory techniques, including: 实践研究：运用您在复杂实验室技术方面的专业知识，包括：

o Cell
Culture: Isolate, culture, and analyze primary human or animal skeletal muscle
cells and adipocytes 细胞培养：分离、培养和分析原代人或动物骨骼肌细胞和脂肪细胞；

o Cell-Based
Assays: Execute phenotypic and mechanistic assays focused on myoblast and
adipocyte differentiation, glucose uptake, lipolysis, and fatty acid oxidation
基于细胞的检测：执行表型和机制检测，重点关注成肌细胞和脂肪细胞分化、葡萄糖摄取、脂肪分解和脂肪酸氧化；

3. Molecular
Biology: Perform RNA isolation and analysis, Western blots, and immunostaining
分子生物学：进行RNA分离和分析、蛋白质印迹和免疫染色；

4. In
vivo Assays: Perform animal studies involving compound administration,
analysis of body composition, glucose tolerance test and blood sampling and
tissue harvesting 体内试验：进行动物研究，包括化合物给药、身体成分分析、葡萄糖耐量试验、血液取样和组织采集；

5. Data
Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex experimental data to deepen our
understanding of disease pathways and therapeutic responses 数据分析：分析和解释复杂的实验数据，以加深我们对疾病途径和治疗反应的理解；

6. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to advance drug discovery projects
focused on obesity and skeletal muscle diseases 合作：与跨职能团队密切合作，推进以肥胖和骨骼肌疾病为重点的药物发现项目；

7. Innovation
& Strategy: Stay current with the latest scientific literature and
emerging technologies in adipose and muscle biology, integrating new knowledge
into our research strategies 创新与战略：了解脂肪和肌肉生物学的最新科学文献和新兴技术，将新知识融入我们的研究战略；

8. Communication:
Clearly and precisely present your findings to internal teams, key
stakeholders, and governance committees 沟通：清晰准确地向内部团队、关键利益相关者和治理委员会介绍你的发现；

9. Compliance
& Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous and accurate laboratory records,
ensuring full compliance with data integrity standards, safety protocols, and
ethical guidelines 合规和记录保存：保持细致准确的实验室记录，确保完全符合数据完整性标准、安全协议和道德准则。

候选人要求：

1. A
Ph.D. or M.S. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related
field 细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学或相关领域的博士或硕士学位；

2. A
minimum of 3 years of hands-on laboratory research experience (for M.S.
candidates) 至少3年的实验室实践研究经验（硕士生）；

3. Strong
technical proficiency in cell culture (especially primary human/animal cells),
cell-based assays, and molecular biology techniques (e.g., RNA analysis,
Western blot) 对细胞培养（尤其是原代人/动物细胞）、基于细胞的检测和分子生物学技术（如RNA分析、蛋白质印迹）有很强的技术熟练度；

4. Minimum
of one year’s experience with animal handling 至少一年动物处理经验；

5. Expertise
in in vitro pharmacology using relevant cell types like adipocytes and
skeletal/cardiac myocytes 使用脂肪细胞和骨骼/心肌细胞等相关细胞类型的体外药理学专业知识；

6. Experience
with rodent diabetes and/or obese models 有啮齿动物糖尿病和/或肥胖模型的经验

7. Excellent
communicator with strong written and verbal skills, capable of presenting
complex scientific data to diverse audiences

8. Highly
organized with a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet
deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
