岗位名称：产品营运计划助理

工作地址：上海市黄浦区淮海中路

工作内容：

1. Manage the entire sample operations including receiving, inventory in & out, payment, cost tracking to facilitate the GTM process.

2. Track sample arrival and proceed sample receiving and storage including import and local.

3. Manage sample usage including lending and returning across Merch/Sales Operation/MKT/HKTW. Check monthly inventory balance and cycle count.

4. Track and consolidate sample cost and delivery fee. Check sample invoices and proceed sample fee payment. Check waybills and proceed delivery fee payment.

5. Manage couriers and factory vendors with smooth communication.

6. Manage manpower for 2nd floor sample warehouse.

要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. One year relevant experience in operation, sports background is preferred.

3. Good command of computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, V-lookup)

4. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
