- 地点:浦东新区前滩
- 办公时间:9:00-17:30(做五休二,安排周末两天居家上班,平时两天休息)
- 服务期限:1年/Contractor(有续签机会)
工作内容:
- Responsible
for handling case creation from all channels, ensuring dispatched
correctly and on time, answering customer inquiries 负责建立、派送各渠道收到的工单需求;确保准确、及时派出;解答内部咨询及信息查询;
- Handle the case requirements
received by platforms such as hotline, WeChat, and public ********* etc. 对热线、微信、公共邮箱等平台收到的工单需求进行处理;
- Respond to internal
consultations and information inquiries, and transfer technical issues to
relevant personnel for follow-up 回复内部咨询及信息查询,技术问题转接给相关人员跟进;
- Good use of CRM , telephony
system, online chat tools 熟练运用客户信息管理系统及电话系统,在线谈话工具;
- Master and skillfully use
telephone communication skills 掌握并熟练运用电话服务沟通技巧;
- To achieve department and
individual Key Result 达成部门及个人 Key Result指标;
- Other projects or tasks
assigned by line manager 主管指派的其他任务。
岗位要求:
- At least
Bachelor Degree 本科学历以上;
- More than 2 years working
experience 两年以上工作经验;
- Clinical laboratory or
medical related working experience is preferred 有医学检验及相关医学背景优先;
- Call centre related working
experience is preferred 呼叫中心相关工作经验优先;
- Basic in English spoken and
writing; 具备良好的英文读写能力(需要看懂英语系统);
- Good computer skill in office
software 熟悉办公室操作软件;
- Cross-functional
communication skill 具有跨部门沟通能力;
- Speaking in a clear voice,
mandarin standard, good communication and understanding capability 普通话标准,吐字清晰,沟通及理解能力强;
- Quick thinking, good sense of
customer service 客户服务理念强,思维敏捷;
- Good-natured, patient,
responsible, with team work spirit, be able to work under pressure and
conflict management capability 和蔼,耐心,负责,有团队合作精神,能够在一定压力下完成工作;
- Ability to do detail work and
proactive meet customer’s needs 具备做细致工作的能力,积极满足客户需求。
