Providing EUC deskside IT support including but not limited to:
- End-user Desktop/ laptop support (Windows 10 and Microsoft 365)
- Technical Troubleshooting and support
- Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) for end-user deskside IT environment
- End-user Data backup as request
- Party A ServiceDesk Standard Software support(Party A needs to provide the Standard Software List to Party B)
- Standard Software installation or re-installation
- Standard Software configuration
- Trouble shooting
- Maintenance office wireless network equipment
- Assist other IT helpdesk & team to complet job assignments
- Any other work assignment related to IT Desktop support by Party A
BCP related tasks & updates
Providing Office Management (Administrative) support including but not limited to:
- Daily office maintenance & reception
- Office supply maintenance & procurement
- Contract registration & storage
- Supports need from other departments on events arrangement and etc.
- Group regional infrastructure related coordination & support
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field
- IT helpdesk experience is required
- English:CET-6
