【Position】北区销售经理/总监
【Base】青岛 or 天津
【岗位职责】
- Responsible for the market development and customer maintenance in the northern region of China, with the primary responsibility of achieving or even exceeding the sales target. The business scope includes related businesses such as SASO SABER, GCC Mark, Kenya PVoC, Egypt CoC, SFDA, Sudan CoC, etc..
负责国内北区的市场开拓,客户维护,以完成甚至超越销售目标为首要职责;业务范围包括SASO SABER, GCC Mark, 肯尼亚PVoC, 埃及CoC, SFDA, 苏丹CoC等相关业务。
- Establish and execute sales plans and action by referring to the annual sales plan and targets of the company and make monthly reports.
根据公司年度销售计划,制定相应的行动计划和方案并有效实施,并做好每月的工作总结,汇报;
- Constantly communicate and visit client and make visit record. Collect and report market and competitors’ information
定期拜访客户并做好客户拜访记录,及时反馈市场信息和竞争对手情况。
- Maintain and deepen cooperative relationships with key clients in the region, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote long-term and stable cooperation.
维护并深化与区域内重点客户的合作关系,保障客户满意度,促进长期稳定合作。
- Perform other duties assigned by manager.
完成上级指派的其它任务。
【任职要求】
- Bachelor's degree or above
本科或本科以上学历;
- More than 3 years’ work experience in TIC industry as Sales management.
3年以上检测认证行业的销售管理工作经验。
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and new customer acquisition in Government & Trade Services sector (e.g. SASO SABER, GCC Mark, Kenya PVoC, Egypt CoC, SFDA, Sudan CoC)
在政府和贸易服务领域(例如:SASO SABER, GCC Mark, 肯尼亚PVoC, 埃及CoC, SFDA, 苏丹CoC),有着丰富的客户关系管理经验和新客户获取经验。
- Solid negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
善于沟通,良好人际沟通与商务谈判能力;
- Willing to travel frequently
能够接受频繁出差;
- Team working spirit
良好的团队合作精神;
- Good English skill, both in written and spoken.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
