Job Responsibilities :
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with building material customers as well as
existing solar customers active in the region.
• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment
of each client’s long-term goals
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
• Developing a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and
preparing customized solutions by integrating GoodWe products into customers’ portfolio
• Increase revenues & profitability for the company according to established KPIs
• Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual
targets of the company
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with different stakeholders.
• Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
• Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers
• Develop a regular call cycle for key customers
• Sales forecasting and weekly reporting
Qualification Criteria :
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development in the construction or
building material industry, roofing material or metal structure background is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• A proven track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships with clients.
• Experience with selling or promoting eco-friendly and sustainable solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a wide variety
of tasks and priorities.
• A knowledge of building codes, standards, and architectural terminology is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
• Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
• Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive, have strong self-confidence, and have a strong selfdriving force.
Language Requirement:
