职责Dutie
1、负责公司UPS、PCS、BMS、储能的测试工作和测试团队的统筹和管理，搭建研发测试体系，做好测试成本管控；选择和聘请外部测试实验室和认证机构。 Responsible for the overall coordination and management of the company's UPS, DVR, BMS, and energy storage testing work& team ; Build the R&D testing system; Control the cost of testing。Select and engage external test labs and certification bodies.
2、负责产品测试方案、测试规程、测试用例等设计文档的编写；负责测试报告等相关文档的审核工作。Responsible for the writing of design documents such as product test plans, test procedures, and test cases; responsible for the review of related documents such as test reports.
3、参与产品研发系统设计和详细设计阶段的技术评审，协助项目组进行产品测试项工作的统筹和安排；参加产品研发系统设计阶段、详细设计阶段的测试技术评审。Participate in the technical review of the product R&D system design and detailed design phases, assist the project team in coordinating and arranging product test; participate in the technical review of the product R&D system design phase, detailed design phase, and testing.
4、负责跟踪产品标准更新情况；研究新的测试技术并实施，进行技术交流、培训和技术积累。Responsible for tracking the updates of product standards; research new testing technologies and implement them, carry out technical exchanges, training and technical accumulation.
5、负责测试工具的研发工作等。Responsible for the development of testing tools, and testing automation etc.
教育背景要求 Education & background required
1、本科及以上学历。 Bachelor's degree or above.
2、电力电子、自动化、电子信息工程等相关专业。Power Electronics, Automation, Electronic Information Engineering and other related majors.
3、熟悉电源类产品测试和验证，对电气参数，可靠性测试，安规，EMC等测试内容都有相关丰富的经验和认知。Familiar with the testing and verification of power supply products, with rich experience and knowledge in electrical parameters, reliability testing, safety regulations, EMC and other content.
4、5年以上相关产品（UPS/DVR/BMS/储能）测试工作经验。More than 5 years of working experience in testing related products (UPS/DVR/BMS/ energy storage).
