职责Dutie
1、根据产品需求，参与软件方案制定。Participate in the formulation of software solutions based on product requirements.
2、负责产品（UPS、PCS、BMS、储能）系统控制、交互软件、上位机软件开发，解决项目过程中的关键技术问题。 Responsible for the system control, interactive software, and SCADA software development of products (UPS, PCS, BMS, energy storage), solving technical issues during the project process.
3、完成项目和产品的软件全流程设计工作（包括协议、逻辑、控制、算法设计，完成相关源代码设计及自测、文档输出、技术支持等）。Complete the full process of software design for projects and products ( protocol, logic, control, algorithm design, complete related source code design and self-test, document output, technical support, etc.).
4、产品样机、试产、量产问题分析与解决。Product model, trial production, and mass production problem analysis and solution.
5、负责公司产品及其衍生品的优化、维护工作。Responsible for the optimization and maintenance of the company's products and their derivatives.
教育背景要求 Education & background required
1、本科及以上学历。Bachelor's degree or above.
2、熟悉自动控制理论及数字信号处理理论。Familiar with automatic control theory and digital signal processing theory.
3、熟悉常见电路拓扑，熟悉电流环、电压环设计。Familiar with common circuit topologies, familiar with current loop, voltage loop design.
4、熟悉CAN、RS485、RS232、SPI、TCP/IP协议等通信总线。Familiar with communication buses such as CAN, RS485, RS232, SPI, TCP/IP protocol.
5、5年以上UPS、PCS、BMS相关软件开发经验。More than 5 years of experience in UPS/PCS/ BMS related software development.
