职位描述
工作职责:
在北京总部工作,负责关于品牌和产品的内部和外部传播、活动策划与组织。以设计部门的角度进行传播工作,并与特定受众进行“真实”的沟通。
负责制定并执行品牌传播策略,推动品牌知名度、美誉度提升及市场影响力扩大。
Work in Beijing BAIC headquarter.
Leading to plan and orgnized activities\events\autoshow etc.
Work in design team and commincate 'authentically' to defined audience.
任职资格:
工作经历:品牌传播、市场营销相关经验,曾在汽车媒体、快消、互联网、零售等行业头部品牌经验者优先。有良好的公关和活动策划组织经历,能够很好地理解汽车设计,并用有效的手段传播。
Work experience: experience in brand communication, marketing, etc., including team management experience; those with experience in leading brands in industries such as automotive media, FMCG, internet, and retail are preferred. Have good public relations and event planning and organization experience, be able to understand automotive design well, and communicate it effectively.
行业要求:不必要是汽车行业.
Industry: Find best talents from in/outside(either is acceptable) of car industry.
英语:可用英语作为工作语言,熟练、流利的进行沟通交流,掌握设计专业术语,能够开展国际化团队合作。
English:Can use English as the working language, communicate proficiently and fluently, master design terminology, and conduct international team cooperation.
其他技能:熟练使用办公软件及传播数据分析工具,了解传播相关法律法规(如广告法、知识产权法)。
Other Skills: Proficient in using work software and communication data analysis tools, and familiar with communication-related laws and regulations (such as Advertising Law, Intellectual Property Law).
