Responsibilities

-Collect and analyze customer’s requirement, optimize customer’s existing operation and manufacturing process to work out a system solution for customer.
-Formulate a detailed project implementation plan.
-Establish and manage the entire project team.
-Organize and manage the entire MES implementation project including project scope, progress, cost and risk and so on.
-Responsible for project acceptance.
-Customer satisfaction management.

Requirements

-Bachelor or above.
-CET-4 or above, able to read, write and communicate with the headquarters team.
-Familiar with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing process. .
-Familiar with enterprise management software MES, ERP, PLM…
-Had a software development experience will be a plus.
-Strong leadership and good communication skills.
-Able to frequently travel.
