1 Technical Tasks:
-Detailed planning of series changes with nominated team members (Cost, timing, personnel resources, physical resources, environmental relations, etc.)
-Crisis and risk management (identification of potential/organizing and planning with change team members)
-Continues optimization of existing change management process within production lifecycle
-Series change controlling (deadline, costs, performance, etc.)
-Traceable management of the series changes (PR/ECR/ECN etc.)
-Training change management process
-Support change management process in the project phase
-Ensuring the transmission of series change management experiences already gained
-Continuation and improvement of the change management rules to PMO
-Series project-oriented guidance and guidance and coordination of series change teams (Non-technical functional areas)
2 Functional Qualifications:
-University degree [Master or Bachelor] (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, plastics engineering)
-Understanding of methods in the Automotive area, Lean Production, APQP, Supply Chain Management, quality techniques e.g. FMEA, MSA, SPC.
-Management skills (self-confidence, endurance, ability to cope with pressure, decisiveness, self-initiative, communication skills, assertiveness, ability for conflict resolution, negotiation skills, customer orientation, team orientation, cooperation skills, cost awareness etc.)
-Basic understanding of quality standards (IATF 16949, APQP/VDA 4.3, PPAP/VDA 2) and product liability
-Experience in project management or change management
-Operating PCs and databases
-Good English spoken and written skills

2 专业要求：

-熟悉汽车领域, 精益生产，APQP, 供应链管理，质量技术，如：FMEA, MSA, SPC.
-管理技巧（自信、忍耐力、应对压力的能力、决策力、主动性、沟通技巧、果断、解决冲突的能力、谈判技巧、以客户为导向、团队导向、合作能力、成本意识等）
-基本了解质量标准的基本知识（IATF 16949 、APQP / VDA 4.3、PPAP / VDA 2）和产品责任条款
-有项目管理经验或者变更管理经验
-操作电脑和数据库
-良好的英语口语及写作能力
