Responsibilities:



1) Work closely with commodity buyers to screen, evaluate, approve, and develop new suppliers

2) Participate in the development of category/supplier strategy and make sure a proper evaluation from quality and technical standpoints

3) Initiate preventive actions via AQP process to ensure stable massive production

4) Initiate and drive supplier improvement plans in case supplier performance not meeting expectations

5) Drive solutions in cooperation with engineering teams to solve technical issues of purchased materials and components

6) Develop and optimize supplier quality management for responsible suppliers

7) Act as next escalation level to SQA to solve supplier quality issues

8) Close communication and collaboration with development, production, quality and suppliers on projects

9) Close work with commodity buyer in defining category strategy, objectives and plans

10) Frequently report to the department manager about activities and results

11) Occasionally communicate and maintain close relationship to colleagues of the supplier development network within worldwide

12) Create suggestions for improvement of applied procedures and implemented processes as a result of daily work

13) Support the further development by implementing improvements within the team but also in cooperation with other departments

14) Identify opportunities and drive cost innovation with development, production and suppliers, e.g. ‘design to cost/manufacturing’ approach during product development process

15) Train suppliers for standards, requirements, quality methods/tools



Qualification Required：



1) Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering

2) ISO 9001/IATF16949/VDA 6.3 certification preferred

3) English can be used as work language

4) 5-10 years of relevant business experience necessary

5) Solid technical and quality experience in Pneumatic/Automation production technologies..

6) Quality system experience or SQM process optimization experience

7) Good communication and negotiation/influencing skills

8) Proficient on the processes of machining

10) Highest business ethics and conduct

9) 与商品采购员密切合作，确定类别战略、目标和计划

10) 经常向部门经理汇报活动和成果

11) 偶尔与全球供应商开发网络的同事进行沟通并保持密切关系

12) 根据日常工作的结果，对应用程序和实施流程提出改进建议

13) 通过在团队内部以及与其他部门合作实施改进，为进一步发展提供支持

14) 与开发、生产和供应商一起寻找机会并推动成本创新，例如在产品开发过程中采用 “按成本/制造进行设计 ”的方法

15) 对供应商进行标准、要求、质量方法/工具方面的培训





资格要求：



1) 工程学学士或硕士学位

2) 有 ISO 9001/IATF16949/VDA 6.3 认证者优先考虑

3) 英语可作为工作语言

4) 必须有 5-10 年相关业务经验

5) 在气动/自动化生产技术方面有扎实的技术和质量经验。

6) 质量体系经验或 SQM 流程优化经验

7) 良好的沟通和谈判/影响技能

8) 精通机械加工工艺

10) 具有的商业道德和操守
