Job Responsibility:

1. Process Development & Optimization.

- Develop new product manufacturing processes, conduct feasibility studies.

- Work with tooling design and material development teams to ensure products delivery with expected quality.

- Analyze and enhance existing processes.

2. Mixing process development

- Develop mixing process as CMPF to achieve recipe performance.

- Process validation and ECN.

3. Troubleshooting & Efficiency

- Resolve production issues (e.g., cycle time reduction, defect minimization).

- Lead cost-saving initiatives.

4. Documentation & Training

- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and train operators.

- Set up BOM and routing for new products.

5. Quality & Tools.

- Implement quality control measures (SPC, root cause analysis, IATF standards).

- Familiar to problem solving analysis tools: 8D, DOE, A3, and lean system.

Qualifications:

Ø Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Polymer Material / Engineering, PMP certification is preferred.

Ø Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience of rubber product development in Automotive or life sciences industries.

Ø Special Knowledge: Fluent in written and oral English; Knowledge of rubber materials and manufacturing process; better understanding of ISO 13485 system and IATF16949 system.
