2. Responsible for planning benchmark test/activity;
3. Report benchmark result to management;
4. Support for vehicle test planning and coordination;
5. Chinese customer usage correlation research;
6. Coordinate with testing service supplier;
7. Analyze and investigate technological trends and draw conclusions how these can be used in future products.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related;
2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in OEM or test service supplier for heavy duty truck. At least 3 years working experience with BEV;
3. Vehicle level benchmark testing experience, either coordination or execution;
4. Experience with playing a role in big projects in the automotive industry;
5. Good communication with stakeholders from different areas.
Fluent English skill, written and oral (daily communication with global teams.);
6. Good understanding about benchmark test and heavy-duty truck customer usage;
7. Driving license for passenger car is a must, B2 or above license is plus. Good driving skill, willing to evaluate vehicles by driving them;
8. Hands on, very good motivation, team work.
