Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage
procurement activities between TydenBrooks global operations and suppliers in
China and greater Asia. This role will directly support the VP of Supply Chain
Management in coordinating purchases and ensuring material flow for our
international operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Purchase Order
Management

• Process and track purchase orders from internal and
  external customers to suppliers in China and greater Asia


• Communicate requirements between customers and Asia suppliers


• Maintain complete and accurate PO documentation

2. Production & Logistics Coordination

• Monitor production progress with suppliers to ensure
  on-time completion


• Track shipment status with suppliers and freight
  forwarders


• Resolve any delays or issues in production or
  transportation

3. International Operations Support

• Fulfill procurement needs for UK, Mexico, and Canada
  operations


• Coordinate with sales teams on order priorities and
  timelines


• Ensure proper documentation for international
  shipments

4. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare regular supply chain updates for management


• Maintain records of supplier communications and
  agreements


• Report on order status and potential supply issues
