We are looking for a Carrier Relationship Manager to develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with global and regional telecom carriers. This role is critical in securing competitive pricing, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the growth of our international connectivity and infrastructure offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the telecom ecosystem, and the ability to manage complex commercial and operational engagements with carrier partners.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional telecom carriers and network providers.

· Negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, terms, and SLAs, to ensure cost-effective and scalable services.

· Evaluate and onboard new carriers to support product and geographic expansion.

· Collaborate with internal teams (product, network engineering, operations, and procurement) to align carrier capabilities with business needs.

· Monitor carrier performance, manage escalations, and drive issue resolution to maintain service quality.

· Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to inform strategy and partner selection.

· Support business development and sales teams with carrier-related input for customer proposals and bids.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in carrier relations, telecom procurement, or wholesale connectivity.

· Strong knowledge of telecom products and services, including IP transit, IPLC, IEPL, Ethernet, DIA, and dark fiber.

· Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work across time zones and cultures, with fluency in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage for APAC/China-focused roles.

· Familiarity with commercial and technical considerations in the telecom and data infrastructure industry.
