Job Responsibilities:

1. Civil engineering pre settlement work;

2. Project cost and cost control;

3. Summary of construction site cost index data;

4. Government related document quotas and pricing;

5. Operation of pricing software such as new point calculation software and Guanglian Da graphic quantity calculation software;

6. Other tasks arranged by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Have experience in bidding procurement, contract work, and target cost control work;

More than 2.5 years of experience in cost management of real estate projects;

3. Have good professional ethics, work rigorously, seriously, and have a strong sense of responsibility;

4. English proficiency is preferred for employment.

2. 项目造价，成本控制；

3. 施工现场造价指标数据汇总；

4. 政府相关文件定额、计价；

5. 新点计软件，广联达图形算量等计价软件操作；

6. 领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 有招标采购、合约工作经验、有目标成本控制工作经验；

2. 5年以上房地产项目造价管理工作经验；

3. 有良好的职业道德，做事严谨认真责任心强；

4. 会英语优先录用。
