Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for inspecting and supervising the progress, quality, safety, and civilized construction of the hydropower project, and tracking and implementing the engineering quality status of the hydropower project; Develop relevant control measures plan.

2. Responsible for preparing the work task plan for the hydropower profession, participating in the preparation of the construction control plan and sub item construction schedule plan, and supervising the implementation and correction.

3. Control water and electricity costs, participate in pre settlement, and be responsible for reviewing and declaring progress payments for construction units.

4. Responsible for reviewing water and electricity drawings, identifying issues in advance, and implementing design changes.

5. Responsible for the acceptance of hydropower engineering, participating in major acceptance and data transfer of hydropower projects.

6. Coordinate the relationship between this profession and other professional engineers during the project process; Cooperate with other departments of the company, such as development and construction application; Responsible for municipal supporting work.

7. Draw simple construction drawings or scheme drawings and guide on-site construction.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in mechanical and electrical equipment or electrical related majors (original diploma certificate and academic verification report from the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education and Graduate Education Development Center);

2. 30-50 years old, with over 5 years of relevant work experience in large construction enterprises or real estate development companies;

3. Familiar with water and electricity construction drawings, construction management, and relevant water and electricity construction specifications and requirements, master basic construction procedures such as project planning, design, construction, acceptance, and municipal supporting facilities;

4. Proficient in using engineering management software and office software such as Word, Excel, CAD, Project, PPT, etc;

5. English proficiency is preferred for employment.

岗位职责：

1、负责对项目水电专业的工程进度、质量、安全文明施工情况进行检查和监督，跟踪落实水电专业的工程质量状况;编制相关控制措施方案。

2、负责编制水电专业工作任务计划，参与编制施工控制计划及分项施工进度计划，并督导实施、纠偏。

3、控制水电成本，参与预结算，负责施工单位工程进度款支付的审核申报。

4、负责水电图纸会审，提前发现问题，进行设计变更的执行。

5、负责水电专业工程验收，参与项目水电专业重大验收和资料移交工作。

6、协调在项目进程中本专业同其它专业工程师的关系;配合开发报建等公司其它部门的工作;负责市政配套相关工作。

7、绘制简易施工图纸或方案图纸并指导现场施工。

任职要求：

1、机电设备、电气类专业统招专科以上学历（需携带学历证书原件及学信网学历验证报告）；

2、30岁-50岁，5年以上大型施工企业或地产开发公司相关工作经验；

3、熟悉水电类施工图纸、施工管理和有关水电的施工规范及要求掌握项目规划、设计、施工、验收及市政配套等基本建设程序；

4、熟练使用 word、excel、cad、project、ppt 等工程管理软件及办公软件；

5、会英语优先录用。
