一、主要职责:

1、协助天然气处理运维经理做好站内装置运行、安全、维护、团队管理等工作；

2、具备天然气处理设备的操作经验（包含气液分离器；蒸汽锅炉（或导热油炉）；脱硫脱碳设备；天然气压缩机、硫磺回收设备、空氮站、消防站等设备）；

3、组织学习天然气处理调试程序、操作手册等程序文件，并做好人员培训记录资料存档；

4、编制天然气处理装置运行计划、检维修计划、安全技术措施等；

5、严格执行QHSE管理制度，落实PTW、JSA等安全流程，参与事故处理与演练；6、指导运维人员开展日常生产操作和故障应急响应，提高现场独立运行能力；

二、主要任职资格要求:

1、石油天然气，化工或其他石油主干专业等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、6年以上油气项目调试或运维经验；

3、熟悉DCS/SIS/PLC系统、关键设备启动逻辑、工艺流程控制；

4、具备天然气处理中控操作工作经历；

5、有良好的现场协调能力和技术指导能力；

6、英语良好，能作为工作语言，能接受海外长期驻场。

三、薪酬福利

1、基本薪资+海外补贴，五险一金，上二休一，食宿全包，往返路费公司报销。

1. Main responsibilities:

1）Assist the natural gas plant operation and maintenance manager to do a good job in the operation, safety, maintenance, team management and other work in the station;

2）Experience in the operation of natural gas processing equipment (including gas-liquid separators; steam boiler (or thermal oil furnace); desulfurization and decarbonization equipment; natural gas compressors, sulfur recovery equipment, air&nitrogen stations, fire-fighting stations and other equipment);

3）Organize and study natural gas treatment and commissioning procedures, operation manuals and other procedural documents, and do a good job of personnel training records and archiving;

4）Prepare the operation plan, inspection and maintenance plan, safety technical measures, etc. of the natural gas treatment unit;

5）Strictly implement the QHSE management system, implement safety processes such as PTW and JSA, and participate in accident handling and drills.

6）Guide operation and maintenance personnel to carry out daily production operations and fault emergency response, and improve the ability of independent operation on site.

2. Main qualification requirements:

1）Bachelor degree or above in oil and gas, chemical or other related majors;

2）More than 6 years of experience in oil and gas project commissioning or operation and maintenance;

3）Familiar with DCS/SIS/PLC systems, key equipment start-up logic, and process flow control;

4）Have experience in central control operation of natural gas treatment;

5）Have good on-site coordination and technical guidance skills;

6）Good English, working language, and accept long-term overseas residency.

3. Salary and benefits

1）Basic salary + overseas subsidies, five insurances and one housing fund, two days off and one holiday, food and accommodation are included, and round-trip travel expenses are reimbursed by the company.
