一、主要职责:

1、严格遵守公司及部门各项管理制度，确保工作的规范性和高效性。

2、具备原油处理设备的操作经验（包含原油一级、二级分离器；热媒炉（导热油炉）；破乳剂加注撬；水洗罐；汽提塔；原油储罐（含原油外输泵等）；空氮站等设备）；

3、负责CPF（原油处理）日常生产运行，确保生产质量和数量达标，监督原油进料、循环泵、热媒炉、空气压缩机等设备的启动、运行及关闭，并持续监测设备运行状态。

4、监控原油处理DCS系统，根据工况调整原油处理工况参数，根据应急程序执行ESD停机、消防、失电等应急预案操作程序；

5、依据现场经理指令组织协调现场操作人员完成相关生产任务，并积极配合领导的工作安排，高效、高质量地完成其他临时性任务；

6、与上、下游各相关工序保持密切联系，及时了解生产进度和存在的问题，协调解决生产过程中的各种问题，确保生产线的顺畅运行。

7、根据化验结果及时调整生产工况，确保产品品质符合标准要求。

1. Main responsibilities:

1）Strictly abide by the management systems of the company and departments to ensure the standardization and efficiency of work.

2）Experience in the operation of crude oil processing equipment (including primary and secondary separators of crude oil; Thermal media furnace (thermal oil furnace); demulsifier filling pry; washing tank; stripper tower; crude oil storage tanks (including crude oil export pumps, etc.); air nitrogen station and other equipment);

3）Responsible for the daily production and operation of CPF (crude oil processing), ensuring that the production quality and quantity meet the standards, supervising the start-up, operation and shutdown of crude oil feeding, circulation pumps, heat medium furnaces, air compressors and other equipment, and continuously monitoring the operation status of the equipment.

4）Monitor the crude oil treatment DCS system, adjust the parameters of crude oil treatment conditions according to working conditions, and implement emergency plan operation procedures such as ESD shutdown, fire protection, and power loss according to emergency procedures;

5）Organize and coordinate on-site operators to complete relevant production tasks according to the instructions of the site manager, and actively cooperate with the work arrangement of the leader to complete other temporary tasks efficiently and with high quality.

6）Maintain close contact with relevant processes in the upstream and downstream, keep abreast of the production progress and existing problems, coordinate and solve various problems in the production process, and ensure the smooth operation of the production line.

7）Adjust the production conditions in time according to the test results to ensure that the product quality meets the standard requirements.

8）Responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of the central control room and create a good working environment.

2. Job requirements

1）College degree or above, major in oil, natural gas, chemical industry and other related majors;

2）5 years or more of work experience in the oil and gas industry, including 3 years or more of crude oil processing control room operation experience, overseas work experience is preferred;

3）Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

4）Have good emergency response capabilities and certain organizational and coordination skills.

3. Salary and benefits

1）Basic salary + overseas subsidies, five insurances and one housing fund, two days off and one holiday, food and accommodation are included, and round-trip travel expenses are reimbursed by the company.

二、任职要求

1、大学专科及以上学历，石油、天然气、化工等相关专业；

2、5年及以上油气行业工作经验，其中包含3年及以上原油处理中控室操作经验，有海外工作经验者优先；

3、具备良好的英语听说读写能力；

4、具备良好应急处置能力和一定的组织协调能力。

三、薪酬福利

1、基本薪资+海外补贴，五险一金，上二休一，食宿全包，往返路费公司报销。
