一、主要职责：

1. 负责伊拉克油田运维项目团队整体的构架搭建；

2. 负责伊拉克油田运维项目团队发展规划以及实施；

3. 负责项目的技术支持工作，包括但不限于投标、现场故障解决处理、现场技术支持；

4. 负责油田地面设施从建设到投产的调试、运维技术方案制定与实施；

5. 与工程、HSE、客户等多方协调，推进项目运行节点按期完成；

6. 跟踪项目进度，组织周/月度评审会议，保证各阶段目标达成；

7. 负责伊拉克油田项目评审、技术交流及商务谈判；

8. 及时响应客户需求与反馈，维护并提升客户满意度预算与成本控制。

二、主要任职资格要求:

1、机械、电气、自控、石油工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、10年以上油气项目调试或运维经验，具备完整的EPC→调试→运维经历优先；

3、熟悉油气田运行、维护和EPCC的相关关键技术；

4、具备原油处理中控操作工作经历；

5、有良好的现场协调能力和技术指导能力；

6、专业知识：熟悉API，ASME，ASTM等国际标准，熟悉油气田工艺；

7、英语良好，能作为工作语言，能接受海外长期驻场。

三、薪酬福利

1、基本薪资+海外补贴，五险一金，上二休一，食宿全包，往返路费公司报销。

1. Main responsibilities:

1）Responsible for the overall structure of the operation and maintenance project team of Oilfield in Iraq;

2）Responsible for the development planning and implementation of the Oilfield operation and maintenance project team in Iraq.

3）Responsible for the technical support of the project, including but not limited to bidding, on-site fault resolution and handling, and on-site technical support;

4）Responsible for the commissioning, operation and maintenance technical plan of oilfield surface facilities from construction to production.

5）Coordinate with engineering, HSE, customers and other parties to promote the completion of project operation nodes on schedule;

6）Track project progress and organize weekly/monthly review meetings to ensure that goals are achieved at each stage.

7）Responsible for project review, technical exchange and business negotiation of Oilfield in Iraq.

8）Respond to customer needs and feedback in a timely manner, maintain and improve customer satisfaction budgets and cost control.

2. Main qualification requirements:

1）Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electrical, automatic control, petroleum engineering and other related majors;

2）More than 10 years of experience in oil and gas project commissioning or operation and maintenance, with complete EPC → commissioning → operation and maintenance experience is preferred.

3） Familiar with key technologies related to oil and gas field operation, maintenance and EPCC;

4） Have experience in central control operation of crude oil processing;

5） Have good on-site coordination and technical guidance skills;

6） Professional knowledge: familiar with international standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, and oil and gas field technology;

7） Good English, working language, and accept long-term overseas residency.

3. Salary and benefits

1）Basic salary + overseas subsidies, five insurances and one housing fund, two days off and one holiday, food and accommodation are included, and round-trip travel expenses are reimbursed by the company.
