一、主要职责:

1、全面负责CPF（原油中央处理设施）的安全、生产、人员、设备管理，是站内第一负责人；全面组织协调站内运行、安全、维护、团队管理；

2、具备原油处理设备的操作经验（包含原油一级、二级分离器；热媒炉（导热油炉）；破乳剂加注撬；水洗罐；汽提塔；原油储罐（含原油外输泵等）；空氮站等设备）；

3、参与原油处理站内装置的调试前检查、缺陷整改、单机及全厂试运、达产达标管理方案制定与执行；

4、负责原油处理站编制调试程序、操作手册、报表汇报材料及培训资料；

5、审批原油处理装置运行计划、检维修计划、安全技术措施等；

6、贯彻QHSE管理制度，落实PTW、JSA等安全流程，主持并参与事故处理与演练，负责作业与对外汇报；推进安全文化建设、标准化运维体系；

7、协调业主、上级管理单位、外协单位沟通工作；

8、指导运维人员开展日常生产操作和故障应急响应，提高现场独立运行能力；

9、负责操作团队分工、绩效评估及目标推进。

二、主要任职资格要求:

1、油气集输，石油工程或其他石油主干专业等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、8年以上油气项目调试或运维经验；

3、熟悉DCS/SIS/PLC系统、关键设备启动逻辑、工艺流程控制；

4、具备原油处理中控操作工作经历；

5、有良好的现场协调能力和技术指导能力；

6、英语良好，能作为工作语言，能接受海外长期驻场。

三、薪酬福利

1、基本薪资+海外补贴，五险一金，上二休一，食宿全包，往返路费公司报销。

1. Main responsibilities:

1）Fully responsible for the safety, production, personnel and equipment management of CPF (crude oil central processing facility), and is the first person in charge of the station; Comprehensively organize and coordinate the operation, safety, maintenance and team management of the station;

2）Experience in the operation of crude oil processing equipment (including primary and secondary separators of crude oil; Thermal media furnace (thermal oil furnace); demulsifier filling pry; washing tank; stripper tower; crude oil storage tanks (including crude oil export pumps, etc.); air nitrogen station and other equipment);

3）Participate in the pre-commissioning inspection of the equipment in the crude oil processing station, defect rectification, single machine and whole plant trial operation, and the formulation and implementation of the management plan for production and standard;

4）Responsible for the preparation of commissioning procedures, operation manuals, report materials and training materials for crude oil processing stations;

5）Approve the operation plan, inspection and maintenance plan, safety technical measures, etc. of the crude oil treatment device;

6）Implement the QHSE management system, implement safety processes such as PTW and JSA, preside over and participate in accident handling and drills, and be responsible for operations and foreign exchange reports. promote the construction of safety culture and standardized operation and maintenance system;

7）Coordinate the communication between owners, superior management units and outsourcing units;

8）Guide operation and maintenance personnel to carry out daily production operations and fault emergency response, and improve the independent operation ability of the site.

9）Responsible for the division of labor, performance evaluation and goal promotion of the operation team.

2. Main qualification requirements:

1）Bachelor degree or above in oil and gas gathering and transportation, petroleum engineering or other related majors;

2）More than 8 years of experience in oil and gas project commissioning or operation and maintenance;

3） Familiar with DCS/SIS/PLC systems, key equipment start-up logic, and process flow control;

4） Have experience in central control operation of crude oil processing;

5） Have good on-site coordination and technical guidance skills;

6）Good English, working language, and accept long-term overseas residency.

3. Salary and benefits

1）Basic salary + overseas subsidies, five insurances and one housing fund, two days off and one holiday, food and accommodation are included, and round-trip travel expenses are reimbursed by the company.
