岗位职责:
1、参与磁性薄膜材料相关研究,深度调研和研究薄膜材料叠层特性,以及薄膜与器件性能之间的关联。
Research on magnetic materials film stack, in-depth research and study of thin film material characteristics, as well as the correlation between film stack and device performance.
2、日常管理薄膜工艺,处理hold lot 和产线异常,在帮助下完成疑难问题的解决,并撰写各类问题的解决报告(8D,故障排除,经验总结等报告)。
Familiar with film sputtering process, handle hold lot and inline issue,finish process trouble shooting with the help of manager,and write 8D/Trouble shooting/Lesson learn report.
3、与vendor以及设备共同完成新机台工艺验证,制程程式的导入,DOE实验优化制程以满足产品需求;
Co-Work with vendor and EE for the new equipment process qualification, input new process recipe and do DOE experiment to optimize the recipe to meet requirement of the product.
4、能够独立操作薄膜工艺相关量测机台;包括且不限于PVD Singulus 机台,Moke、CIPT等磁性量测设备。
Ability to independently operate the thin film deposition tool(singulus) and magnetic system measurement tool(Moke,CIPT,etc.)
5、负责对工程师、技术员或制造部进行相关的工艺培训;
Conduct training for engineer, technician MFG on Process/trouble shooting/6S/safety.
6、良好的安全意识,6S意识,可以处理突发状况;
Good safety and 6S concept, could handle emergency case.
任职要求:
1、博士学历优先,微电子、工科类相关专业;4年以上TMR相关经验可放宽到硕士。
PhD degree preferred, major in microelectronics or engineering; More than 4 years of TMR relevant experience can be relaxed to master's degree.
2、有MTJ film stack薄膜溅射和TMR磁传感器件相关工作经验优先。
Familiar with MTJ film stack and TMR sensor process is preferred.
3、有较好的英文听说读写能力;
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading & written English;
4、熟练使用office办公软件。
Competent in using MS-Office software.
