1. Assist department manager of daily job, in charge of procurement. Include: RFQ, price compare, sign the contract/PO, follow up and update procurement process. 协助配合经理的部门工作，负责公司采购工作。包括询、比价、签定采购合同、更新、完善、创新采购工作和流程。

2. Identify suppliers, analyze offers确定供应商，分析报价

3. Optimize and detect commercial, legal and technical improvement on different offers优化和检测不同报价的商业、法律和技术改进

4. Ensure the on time procurement确保按时采购

5. Ensure project procurements确保项目采购

6. Lead legal conformance of suppliers to the company purchasing procedures (NDA, technical specification, purchasing terms, …etc) 领导供应商遵守公司的采购程序(NDA，技术规范，采购条款等)

7. PO follow up, confirmation and trace back. 订单的跟踪、确认与追溯工作。

8. Support to selection, inspection, procurement and delivery of consumables and raw materials from vendors. 进行原材料等其他公司和户所需的物品筛选、检查、采购、发货工作。

9. Be familier with and master the name, type, specification, unit price, purpose and origin. 熟悉和掌握各类物资的名称、型号、规格、单价、用途和产地.

10. Monitor the goods suitable for system and input all the relevant information. 监督采购物品的系统性，录入各类有关采购的物品信息.

11. Deal with daily job from SCM. 处理供应链日常业务及问题.

12. Follow up the process, report inventory, shortage information and reason. 流程跟进，及时汇报库存、缺货信息及缺货原因.

13. In charge of import and export job. 负责进出口相关工作.

14. In charge of account checking with supplier, confirm Fapiao and input relevant information. 负责与供应商的对账及发票的录入及确认.

15. Other job from managers. 经理安排的其他工作

Requirement :

- Major in procurement and purchasing or technical industrial background with procurement experience采购专业或技术行业背景，有采购经验

- 6 years’ experience and above in sourcing and procurement 6年以上采购经验

- 6 years’ experience and above on import-export 6年以上进出口工作经验

- Experience in aerospace-railway procurement is preferred有航空航天铁路采购经验者优先

- English spoken preferable英语口语优先

- English spoken preferable英语口语优先
