职位说明：
Position Specification:
A) 负责生产原材料，包括电子元器件（如芯片、电容、电阻、PCB）、金属件、塑料件、线缆以及包装材料等的采购工作，确保物料按时、按质、按量到厂。
Be responsible for the procurement of raw materials, including electronic components (such as chips, capacitors, resistors, PCBs), metal parts, plastic parts, cables and packaging materials, etc., to ensure that the materials arrive at the factory on time with high quality and quantity.
B) 执行采购订单的制作、下达、跟踪、确认和归档，及时处理订单异常（如交期延迟、质量问题时），确保供应顺畅。
Good order management ability: release purchase orders on time and tracking, confirmation and archiving of purchase orders, handle order anomalies in a timely manner (such as delayed delivery or quality issues), and ensure smooth supply.
C) 按照合同、固定资产及收货流程对供应商的预付款和收货开票进行追踪和管理。
Track and manage advanced payments and invoice in accordance with the contract, fixed assets and receiving procedures.
D) 配合仓库、财务完成订单-交付-发票匹配。
Cooperate with the warehouse and finance department to complete the matching of purchase orders, GR and invoices.
E) 评估供应商的绩效表现，建立并更新合格供应商名录，与供应商进行良好有效的沟通。
Good supplier management ability, can valuate supplier’s performance, establish qualified suppliers‘ list, and maintain good and effective communication with suppliers.
F) 汇总有关采购数据，总结报告。
Have ability to summarize the relevant procurement data and make reports.
G) 向供应商索赔的跟踪及关闭，并做好存档。
Track and close supplier claims on time, and keep good records.
H) 与研发、质量、生产、仓库、财务等部门紧密合作，解决采购过程中出现的各种问题，支持新项目物料的及时入库。
Have ability to deal with cross-functional work, work closely with other departments such as R&D, quality, production, warehouse, and finance, can solve various problems and support new projects materials delivered to warehouse in time.

资格要求：Qualification Requirement:
1. 学历要求Education Requirement
大学本科（含）以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、机械制造、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
Bachelor degree or above，major in supply chain management, logistics management, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics and related fields are preferred.
2. 工作背景要求Work Background Requirement
3年相关外企制造企业采购相关工作经验
Over 3 years related working experience in purchasing in foreign manufacturing enterprises.
Candidates with procurement experience in the sensor, electronics, semiconductor, automotive electronics or precision instrument industries are preferred.
3. 技能要求Skill Requirement
a. 采购技能： 熟知采购流程，精通采购沟通技巧和合同管理知识，具备良好的商业意识和风险防范意识。
Proficient in procurement process, communication skills and contract management knowledge, with a good sense of business and risk prevention.
b. 语言能力： 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文文档和与海外供应商进行邮件沟通。
Be good at reading and writing in English, has ability to read English documentation and communication in English with Oversea suppliers by email.
c. 系统技能： 熟练使用ERP系统及Office办公软件（尤其精通Excel数据分析）。
Familiar with Microsoft Office software, ERP system (Especially good skills in Excel data analysis).
d. 行业知识： 熟悉电子元器件（如芯片、电容、电阻、PCB）、金属件、塑料件、线缆的基本加工工艺。
Familiar with the basic processing techniques of electronic components (such as chips, capacitors, resistors, PCBS), metal parts, plastic parts, and cables.
