College above or above大专或以上学历

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in steel or

automotive industry. 至少3年钢铁或汽车行业工作经验。

- Familiar with IATF 16949 system, the auditor certificate would be a

plus; 熟悉IATF 16949体系，有审核员证书者优先；

- Be proficient in prevalent quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA , CP, PPAP.) 精通常用的质量工具（FMEA、SPC、MSA、CP、PPAP）

- Quality problem solving skills and 8D report knowledge质量问题解决技能和8D报告知识

- Good problem solving ability, teamwork spirit；良好的问题解决能力，团队合作精神

- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 熟练掌握微软办公软件（Word、Excel和PowerPoint）

- Good at reading, writing in English. 会英语阅读、写邮件和公司文件。
