Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1.Planning计划:
-Develops budget-, personnel- and investment planning on the basis of long-term department planning.根据部门长期规划制定预算、人员和投资规划。
-Prepares long-term shift and staffing plans in conjunction with subordinate managing body.与下属一起制定长期轮班和人员配置计划。
2.Production生产:
-Management of production area site, control, abnormal handling, etc., organize training, implementation, inspection, improvement and other operations according to documents生产区域现场、控制、异常处理等管理，按文件组织培训、实施、检查、改善等操作
-5S management 5S管理
-Organize the establishment and optimization of GMP related work in production department, including document system, change request, validation, CAPA, deviation, system operation monitoring, etc组织建立及完善GMP体系相关的生产部工作，包括文件系统、变更、验证、CAPA、偏差、体系操作监查等管理
-Production workshop management, quality control and exception handling in the production workshop (Ampoule in production area )生产车间（安瓿）、现场管理、质量控制、异常处理等
3.Development发展:
-Informs about new technological developments. Submits proposals to improve manufacturing facilities.分享新技术的发展。 提交改进制造设施的建议。
-Executes and examines the testing of new pilot facilities/equipment and new manufacturing methods. Decides on the implementation of new methods as well as the use and purchase of new production facilities.执行和检查新试点设施/设备和新制造方法的测试。 决定新方法的实施以及新生产设施的使用和购买。
-Set up and optimize training management of production department, including new employee, retraining, documentation training, promotion training, etc建立与优化生产部培训管理，包括新员工，各岗再培训、文件培训、晋级培训等等
Experience and Competencies 所需的经验和能力
（一）Formal Education and Training教育和培训
1.Education: Bachelor or above 学历：本科或以上学历
2.Major: Engineering related majors 专业：工程相关类专业
（二）Occupational Experience工作经验
1.More than 3 years of experience in the area of production or close to production areas (maintenance, repair, logistics,quality) management experience, lean manufacturing 3年以上生产领域或接近生产领域（维护、维修、物流、质量）管理经验，精益制造
2.Good command of the English language良好的英语沟通能力
3.Extensive lean knowledge which includes 5S methods, value stream analysis, etc. (lean-modules 1*, 2*, 3*, if required)广泛的精益知识，包括5S方法、价值流分析等（精益模块1*、2*、3*，如果需要）
4.Optional: Six Sigma 可选：6 Sigma
5.Understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements了解ISO 9001 和ISO 15378的要求
6.Understand about the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirement.了解ISO 14001和ISO 45001的要求。
7.Able to carry out hazard identification and EHS risks assessment as well as identification and assessment environmental aspects of environmental impacts能够进行危害识别和EHS风险评估以及环境影响的环境方面识别和评估。
