岗位职责
1、根据生产计划下达的生产任务，合理安排生产；
2、制定生产员工的培训计划，包括新进员工培训，在岗技能和安全培训等；
3、监督、指导生产员工及时准确完成生产工作，按计划准时生产；
4、根据产品规格和质量标准，实时监控产品质量，确保生产合格产品；
5、对生产现场的巡视，对员工工作状况、安全等要素及时检查和更正；
6、指导员工合理正确操作设备，及时发现设备故障并报修，配合设备部完成维修保养工作；
7、各岗位生产操作记录、数据记录的管理，确保操作员及时、正确完成填写；
8、监督、指导员工完成清洁，确保车间、设备清洁状况；
9、贯彻执行公司的相关规定和制度，保持与员工的良好沟通，公平公正合理的管理生产员工；
10、负责下属员工的纪律管理、考勤管理；
任职资格
1、3年以上车间管理经验优先；
2、熟悉生产现场管理，有船舶制造工作经历优先。
3、基本英语表达能力。

Overview- To ensure production is completed and quality
standards are maintained.

Help co-ordinate a safe working environment for staff. (This should be co
managed with senior personal.) The position is to manage priority jobs, as per
the job list, and the sails being completed before ship dates.

Primary role- To be in charge of the loft floor. Schedule
jobs from production to correct staff. Co-ordinate that production with sail
bag production, and get to warehouse to
meet shipping deadlines.

Detailed-

Ensure
all details on the spec sheet are there for sail to be completed, Should details
be missing, a message to Andre should be sent ascertaining when details will be
available. Should no satisfactory answer be received, it must be noted to
senior management to ensure nothing is forgotten.

·
Check
for any custom hardware that might not be standard stock.

·
Loft
floor- Maintain work flow from cutting to finishing.

·
Ensure safe environment for staff to fulfil
their jobs. Cleanliness of loft floor and sails

·
Staff morale, The production manager is perceived as
probably the most experience team member on the floor. They must be ready to
share information as needed. Education of staff. General overview of production. Picking up
problems early in the manufacture process.

·
Checking
over of sales before final QC is completed. Pictures recorded.

·
At
end of each day ensure floor boundaries are clean and Tidy. Assess if floor
needs washing.

·
Ensure
sails are moved over the floor with carpets under the sail.

·
Advise
management of any equipment issues that can affect production. Make sure machines are getting regularly
serviced.

·
Outline
deficiencies in the production process, Ideas on increasing efficiencies,

·
Manage
and instigate overtime as needed to ensure consistent weekly hour targets are
achieved. If in sufficient data/designs available this should be brought to
managements attentions as early as possible.

·
Making
sure staff are working correct hours, Turning up on time taking correct break
times.

·
Mobile
phone usage during work time should be for emergencies or urgent matters only.

·
Alert
management if sail cannot be finished within the required time.

·
Make
sure all loft rules are adhered to

·
Manage short term staff leave
(less than 2 days)

·
Keeping loft floor orderly,
minimise the number of stored sails on the floor.

·
Make sure all tools and
equipment are in correct place at end of day.
