岗位职责

1. 制作项目投标方案,设计行程线路及主题活动包装,参加境外旅游展会推方中国作为一个国际会奖目的地优势。

2. 负责境外客户入境旅游团组的整体操作流程,包括但不限于行程规划、资源预订、行程调整等。

3. 与国内接待方、酒店、景区、餐厅等资源方紧密合作,确保项目在国内的行程顺利执行。

4. 处理旅游团组在行程中出现的各种问题,及时提供解决方案,确保客户满意度。

5. 负责旅游团组的文件准备和签证协助工作,确保客户顺利入境。

任职要求

1. 学历背景及语言要求:大专及以上学历,英语专八,口语流利。

2. 工作经验:3年以上入境旅游团组操作经验,熟悉入境旅游市场操作流程。

3. 专业技能:

• 熟悉旅游行业资源(酒店、交通、餐饮等)的预订流程和渠道。

• 熟练使用办公软件(如Word、Excel、PowerPoint)及旅游业务相关软件。

• 具备较强的组织协调能力和问题解决能力。

4. 个人素质:

• 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神,能够承受较大的工作压力。

• 具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识,注重客户体验。

• 具备团队合作精神,能够与不同部门的同事高效协作。

Job Description for Inbound Event Planner (Generalist)

We are looking for an Inbound Event Planner who will be based in our office in Beijing. You will be an integral member of our GCM team, who are passionate about events no matter the format - virtual, hybrid or in person. You strive to exceed customer expectations and are not afraid to question and bring new ideas and energies to the table.

You will be responsible for the execution of end-to-end meetings and events to include creative concept proposals, sourcing, negotiating, contracting, planning, attendee management, onsite execution, and reconciliation. These meetings and events can be complex in nature and require high touch and outstanding customer service.

You thrive on juggling multiple projects, meeting and exceeding deadlines, good budget management and enjoy attending onsite to ensure it meets all delivery expectations.

Your key responsibilities:

· Active in attending tourist trade-show to promote China as an incentive destination.

· Design tour routes and tailor-made incentive programs with unique cultural experiences, gala dinner and team activities.

· Act as the primary point of contact for your client, and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met. Be consultative and proactive in your approach.

· Ensure the attendee journey is seamless, compliant, and successful.

· Negotiate vendor contracts and mitigate financial risk.

· Facilitate the creative direction and overall development timeline of program web sites, proofread, present and gain client approval.

· Negotiate and purchase ancillary contracts such as ground transportation, entertainment, and décor elements via preferred supplier partners.

· Monitor supplier service levels. Address and resolve service issues directly with supplier in a professional manner.

· Devise on-site program operations staff recommendations based on specific role and responsibility, scope of program and continuity with respective Client.

Your expertise/experience/capabilities:

· Demonstrated end to end event delivery and event management expertise in China and Asia Pacific, preferably with 3-4 years inbound tour operation experience.

· Confidence in leading a project with your stakeholders. You can own the room and convey confidence in your project planning, knowledge of venues / destinations and suppliers and also bring new ideas to the table.

· Excellent communication skills along with a calm, positive and collaborative approach.

· Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

· Proficiency in Mac OS and/or Microsoft Office

· Flexible and proactive approach to work, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects with resilience under pressure along with the ability to adapt to change

· Ability to travel regularly domestically and overseas

· Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
