1.Interact with internal colleagues and customer to deal with customer quality complaints and requirements
2.Collect failure information and failure samples from the customer
3.Perform initial failure analysis on returned samples and send FA report to SQE
4.Send the samples to production line for further analysis
5.Stock check
6.Other supports required by SQE/IDM/ADM/FAE etc
7.Other tasks assigned by the management team
岗位职责：
1.与内部同事和客户互动，处理客户质量投诉和要求
2.收集故障详情和故障样本
3.对退回的样品进行初始失效分析，并将FA报告发送给SQE
4.将样品送至生产线做进一步分析
5.库存检查
6.完成SQE/IDM/ADM/FAE等要求的其他支持
7.完成管理团队交办的其他工作等
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree and above, majored in electronic related are preferred
2.Those with quality management or engineering experience in PCBA factories are preferred.
3.Thorough knowledge of quality assurance and engineering
4.Technical background and understanding of inductors, transformers, RJ45, common mode chokes, Led, Capacitor, Switch, Connector etc.
5.More than 5 years' experience on customers or quality management related
6.Proficiency in English & Mandarin with good communicating skills （passed CET-4)

4.熟悉电感、变压器、RJ45、共模扼流圈、Led、电容、开关、连接器等技术背景
5.5年以上客户或质量管理相关经验
6.中英文流利，沟通能力强 （通过英语四级）
