Dragonfly Group is helping them to recruit an Ocean/Sea freight Pricing Supervisor for their Chinese subsidiary (located in Shenzhen).

2- The Role
Title:Ocean freight Pricing Supervisor/ Sea freight Pricing Supervisor
Location: Shenzhen
Reporting line: China Manager

Main responsibilities:
• Secure competitive ocean freight rates and negotiate terms with carriers and service providers.
• Provide accurate pricing quotations and determine target prices in collaboration with the sales team.
• Benchmark rates against industry standards to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of current rates for various routes and services.
• Coordinate with the sales team to book obtained rates and ensure they reflect current market conditions.

• Experience in ocean logistics pricing / sea freight pricing within logistics companies or shipping companies

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
