岗位职责：
1. 负责SAP PP模块的实施工作，包括收集和评估业务需求，制定系统解决方案，并按项目计划推进实施；撰写并维护PP模块的业务蓝图、功能说明书、培训手册等项目文档；
Responsible for the implementation of SAP PP module, including collecting and evaluating business requirements, developing system solutions, and executing implementation according to project plans; writing and maintaining business blueprints, functional specifications, training manuals, and other project documents for the PP module.
2. 负责PP模块的系统配置工作，撰写并维护配置文档；
Responsible for the system configuration of the PP module, writing and maintaining configuration documents.
3. 负责PP模块的日常运维与支持，及时诊断并解决系统使用过程中出现的各类问题；
Responsible for daily operation, maintenance, and support of the PP module, diagnosing and resolving various system issues in a timely manner.
4. 跟进用户需求并提供适宜的解决方案，根据业务需求调整系统配置，撰写开发说明书并完成功能测试；协助关键用户进行用户验收测试（UAT）及集成测试；
Follow up on user requirements and provide appropriate solutions; adjust system configuration based on business needs; write development specifications and conduct functional testing; assist key users in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing.
5. 为业务用户提供系统操作培训及指导；
Provide system operation training and guidance to business users.
6. 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理或制造相关专业；
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Management, or manufacturing-related fields.
2. 5年及以上工作经验，其中3年以上SAP顾问经验；具备至少2个SAP PP模块完整项目实施经验；
Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years as an SAP consultant; at least 2 full-cycle SAP PP module implementation project experiences required.
3. 精通PP模块系统配置，能够独立完成相关解决方案的配置工作；熟悉SAP各业务模块间的集成逻辑与数据流转；
Proficient in PP module system configuration, capable of independently configuring related solutions; familiar with the integration logic and data flow between SAP business modules.
4. 熟悉生产制造业务流程，具有快速消费品（FMCG）行业制造业背景者优先；
Familiar with production and manufacturing business processes; candidates with manufacturing background in the FMCG industry are preferred.
5. 工作积极主动，抗压能力强，具备良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力及团队合作意识；
Proactive, able to work under pressure, with strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and team collaboration awareness.
6. 英语读写流利，具备良好的英语口语及听力能力者优先。
Fluent in written English; good oral and listening skills are preferred.
