岗位职责：
1. Work with new product development team on new product quality control process from concept to production launch;
与新产品开发团队跟进开发到上市过程中的质量管控全流程；
2. Develop and align test plan with 3rd party laboratory to ensure the product compliance for global markets, including major ones of US, EU, AS/NZ markets;
同第三方实验室共识及明确产品出口地区的法规要求，包括美国，欧盟，澳
洲及新西兰等全球市场；
3. Conduct prototype review, development stage sample test and risk assessment, hazard analysis and technical support for both internal team and outsourced vendors;
负责产品手办评估，新品样品测试，安全性评估；提供专业的法规支持
4. Develop QA/QC related documentation of PIS, Inspection checklist; coordinate with different labs to insure right test plan & review/communicate test results; Conduct the annual test report renew;
完成QA/QC所需的相关资料，包括产品验货规格书，检验清单；保证第三方测试内容及报告的准确性；跟进年度产品报告更新；
5. Work with merchandising team to prepare technical documents to fulfill client's query;
配合商务部提供诸如MSDS等质量技术文件满足不同客户的需求；
6. Collect and do analysis on customer complaints to drive continuous improvement at quality control and push action plan in factory;
整理及分析客诉原因，跟进供应商纠正措施，持续提升品质水平；
7. Conduct factory audits to ensure factories meet customer’s compliance standards.
负责供应商质量审核及跟进改善计划以满足不同市场及客户标准
8. Keep team updated on the latest regulation change, release QCN and monitor the effectiveness; Provide training to internal team
跟踪最新的法规动态且形成文件体系，跟进质量更改通知发放及有效落实；给予团队质量管控的相关培训
任职要求 ：
1. College or Bachelor's Degree in Science engineering/Quality education.
大专以上学历，工科或品质管理相关专业
2. At least 5 years relevant quality assurance engineering experience,3 years toys quality engineering experience;
5年以上质量管理工作经验，3年以上玩具行业经验；
3. Strong knowledge of global toys industry standard, ASTMF963,EN71, AS/NZS ISO 8124 is a must;
精通玩具行业的国际标准，包括但不限于ASTMF963,EN71,AS/NZS ISO8124;
4. Knowledge of quality related tools such as SPC & FMEA is preferred;
熟悉掌握质量管理工具 SPC, FMEA优先；
5. Good command of English both in written and verbal.
英语读写流利，能进行基础口语交流；
6. Good communication skills, comfortable collaborating in a fastpaced environment, target oriented problem solver, team player and driving to go above or beyond.
