Position Overview:

Responsible for overseeing daily operations, production planning, quality & cost control, ensuring efficient, safe, compliant operations. Leads factory managers to enhance competitiveness, achieve production goals, and business strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

Develops production plans & business strategies aligned with market trends, technology, and company goals.

Ensures effective execution by factory managers.

2. Production Management:

Optimizes production processes for efficiency.

Monitors procurement, inventory, scheduling, and resolves production issues.

Promotes automation & digital transformation.

3. Quality Control:

Ensures quality systems comply with standards & customer requirements.

Inspects quality, organizes meetings, proposes improvements, and tracks effects.

4. Cost & Financial Management:

Reviews budgets, supervises expenditures, analyzes costs, proposes savings, and assists in asset management.

5. Compliance & Environmental Protection:

Ensures safety compliance, organizes inspections, eliminates hazards, and promotes environmental measures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or related fields.

2. Over 5 years of manufacturing management experience, including 3 years in senior roles.

3. Proficiency in production, quality, cost control, and financial management.

4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

5. Strong leadership and teamwork spirit.

Key Requirements:

1. Successful management of multiple production projects.

2. Multinational or large enterprise experience with cross-cultural communication skills.

3. Proficiency in lean production, Six Sigma, and familiarity with smart manufacturing & Industry 4.0 trends.
