We are looking for passionate Multilingual Customer Support Specialists to join our global support team and provide professional assistance for Amazon smart home products. This role allows you to leverage your language skills while interacting with customers from around the world.

Key Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Communicate with global customers via phone, email, and chat tools, providing accurate and timely support.
通过电话、邮件和聊天工具与全球客户沟通，提供及时准确的帮助与解答。
2. Handle return, exchange, and product inquiries related to Amazon smart home devices (robot vacuums, air purifiers, etc.).
处理与亚马逊智能家居产品相关的退换货和使用问题。
3. Address logistics and order status queries, ensuring clear, friendly communication.
负责订单物流查询，向客户及时反馈状态。
4. Manage customer relationships through online platforms, increasing satisfaction and loyalty.
通过公司官网维护客户关系，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
5. Log product-related technical issues, create support tickets, and coordinate maintenance or part replacement.
记录产品技术问题，创建服务工单，协调配件更换或维修服务。

Qualifications 任职要求
1. College degree or above; previous experience in customer service preferred.
大专及以上学历，有客户服务经验优先考虑。
2. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is required:
