Responsibilities
Resolve software-related issues reported by customers or users.
Provide software-related support via email, phone, chat, or in-person.
Diagnose problems in software applications, configurations, or environments.
Use debugging tools, logs, or simulations to identify the root cause.
Analyzing and implementing appropriate software improvement and fixes.
Applying the company coding rules for high quality Software development.
Implementation of additional SDKs features part of existing high-performance X-ray systems
libraries and GUI applications for multiple target platforms (Linux, Windows and MacOS).
Unit testing of the feature or fixes implemented by yourself.
Support for Software testing tools for debugging and quality assurance including test
automation.
Improvement of existing internal or external technical documentations.
Qualifications
Experience on Software technical support for SDK components.
Experience in C++ libraries debugging and development for Windows and Linux.
Basic knowledge in C++ and object oriented programming in context of Software solutions.
Preferably experience in Qt, Python and C#.
Preferably on-site software support experience.
Excellence in logical analysis, diagnostic, debugging and problem-solving skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Readiness to work in global and multi-cultural team.
Preferably Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Desirable
Experience on support and software development for real-time systems, preferably from (Xray)
camera/video/image processing applications including the interfaces to device and client
application
Understanding for firmware/hardware interface in a system level
Experience with GIT versioning workflow
Experience in Agile Scrum framework (with Confluence/Jira tools)
Not afraid of taking in charge challenging troubleshooting cases
