Your Responsibilities 你的职责

1. Quality project management 质量项目管理

（1）Preparation of Pilothallen meetings for TQ Department；

为TQ部门筹备Pilothallen会议；

（2）Participate to SET and other project meetings ；参与SET及其他项目会议；

（3）Administration of product and process change requests ；

管理产品与工艺变更申请；

（4）Preparation of Q-release documentation .准备Qrelease文件

2. Coordination of Battery Project topics within the Quality Assurance department and validation with other departments. 在质保部内协调电池项目相关事宜，并与其他部门完成验证.

3. Regularly tracking of quality status and participation of internal and external meetings: Internal project meetings:定期跟踪质量状态，并参与内外部会议：

(1)Pilothalle

(2)Werkanlaufrunde 生产流程审核；

(3)SET

(4)TAeD

(5)TFT

(6)Special event meeting 专项会议

4.Controlling of the budgets 预算管控

Our Requirements：我们的要求

1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering. automotive engineering or related；机械工程、汽车工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 3 year experience in a similar work in automotive industry；3年以上汽车行业相关工作经验；

3.Knowledge of VW standard and processes is a plus；了解大众标准与流程者优先；

4.International working experience within a multi-culture-environment；有跨文化环境下的国际工作经验；

5.Logic thinking and readiness of mind；具备逻辑思维与应变能力；

6.Assertiveness and good communication skills；具有主动性与良好的沟通能力；

7.Fluent in German or English, both is a plus；德语或英语流利者优先；

8.Competent in using MS office；熟练使用MS Office办公软件；

9.Leading projects experience.有项目主导经验
