• Support the project lead in the whole product cycle and monitoring of
adherence of project deadlines and milestones as VFA, PVS, 0-S, SOP etc.
• Coordination of the making of presentations for internal and external project
committees (like” Pilothalle/ Werkanlaufrunde”/ Project meeting/project
steering committee/ and further), including the alignment with all internal and
external project participants.
• Organize and lead meetings within the team-, project-, department- and
plant-structure to steer project relevant topics and tasks
• Responsible for converting project time line into time line AC under
reconciliation of internal and external stakeholders
• Track the defined project targets, especially in respect to timeline,
budget/cost, quality
• Preparation of the content and alignment of the internal project
documentation and reporting through project report and project steering
committee
• Preparation and follow up of project meeting, project meeting report and
tasks from project meeting
• Monitoring of cost development in the project, check effectiveness of cost
evaluation (one-time cost, SGK etc.) and making pre-decision of investment
across all project phases with the involved parties
• Verifying all relevant information and/ or requirements for BM applications,
create and present BM applications
• Support the identification of risks and develop counter measures under
reconciliation of all stakeholders
• Keeping an overview and following up the status of change management such
as Äko, LC or other changes to the projects scope
• Additional tasks imposed by BU Head
• Set up the project teams and track them along the defined deliverables
• Coordination and preparation of project related decision-making documents
for the Project Lead or Head of product Management and the Board of
Management as well as implementing the decisions and assigned tasks
• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration,
Mechanical/Industrial engineering or Automobile related fields
• 2 years full time working experience, ideally within project
management in the automotive industry
• Proficient in Chinese (only LC), German and/or English fluently in
speaking and writing, both German and English would be preferred
• Ability to work in an international company and team
