Role Purpose Statement
1. To help Bunge Grains team for expanding market share and exploring new grains commodities business in China.
2. To build up consolidated and reliable customers’ pool.
Main Accountabilities
1. To maintain smooth communication with existing customers to find more trade opportunities for improving related marketing volume.
2. To develop new customers and build stable business relationships via prudently estimating and carefully observing with hard data support.
3. To collect related market information promptly including customers and competitions’ movement & sentiment and provide strategy suggestion to team based on logically analyzing and reading.
4. To support related commodities S&D update and adjustment with research team together via regularly participating S&D discussion / crop tour investigation/ important seminar.
5. To work together with execution team closely to monitor related ctrs execution; disclose and handle with potential execution risks of ctrs in advance.
6. To help supervise new team members on internal operation-related routine import margin& P/L updating; coordinate with other business desk providing value-added services to related customers.
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor or Master degree, major in Finance, International Trade, International Economics, Supply Chain etc.;
2. 5~10 years working experience, commercial background is needed, agri industry is a plus.
3. Basic understanding of macro-economics and finance.
