Responsibilities
1. Design, develop and optimize in vitro immune cell functional assays
2. Develop and evaluate genetically engineered primary T cells including CAR-T and TCR-T
3. Potential to lead a team of 1-2 research technicians
4. Work cross-functionally as part of internal multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating lead isolation, generation and screening
5. Manage project progress and timeline, and provide regular updates in achieving specific project objectives
Qualifications
1. Ph.D. with 2-3 years in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, or related discipline. Industry experience preferred.
2. Experience with immune cell model systems, in vitro assay development and drug-candidate validation. Prior experience of Cellular Immunotherapy a strong plus.
3. Demonstrate a high level of initiative in troubleshooting experiments and development of new methods/techniques
4. Proven interpersonal and communication skills and enthusiasm for participating in a fast-paced environment of rigorous science and innovative thinking
5. Highly organized and driven in terms of goal setting and achieving
6. Strong publication record or equivalent achievements in industry
